Dear Sir Madam

I had ordered some items through jio mart on 02-02-2021 of which one item i had to return back since i received in damage condition, but the refund didn’t get back till now. It’s been more that 60 days, i have been following up with JioMart staff but team is not giving any positive response and everytime they inform money is refunded to source account. But when i check my account, there is not money refund of Rs. 975.

I raised complain many times but no satisfactory reply given by their executives. Every time they told me wait for 48 hours and after few hours they close the ticket without any proper response and no one from their side call me back..

I have ordered few items from jiomart on 15 Aug. The order was declined and money got debited. The refund is not initiated even after continuous follow ups and multiple Complaints. I receive same response everytime that your issue is escalated.

Paid through Paytm.

 

Please help to receive the refund.
