I called OnePlus services on 27th of April about defect they pick up my device on 28th April and called me on 4th of May and told me device can’t be repaired we will initiate refund to you, i asked bank refund as they were offering me coupon of OnePlus then they told me they will talk to senior and let me know please send me Bank details until now…as they said I sent them Bank details, from that day to now I didn’t received any call from them while I have call them nos of time they said you le complaint will resolve in 48 hours, 72 hours but no call back yet. I’m so dispointed with services.
