i had purchased sujata juicer mixer from paytm mall on 22/10/2018 order ID 6346112344 item delivered on 28/10/2018 and item was broken so i returned it on 31/10/2018 and then i submit my bank details on 01/11/2018 but till date my refund not received. i called many times and again i submitted bank details on 22/11/2018 and 27/11/2018 and raised complaints many times (94566358) (98122261) (97007217) (97062490) but my refund not received till date
