I booked a zoomcar to drive from Chennai to Bangalore on the 14th of September, 2020. I have a pending refund of Rs 3748 (including Rs 500 deposit and Rs 3248 fuel expense for which I have submitted bills). When I called Zoomcar customer care (on 080-68976666) about 10 days after the trip, I was told that the refund was approved and would be credited within 30 days. It has been more than 40 days now but I have not received the amount. I have sent them three complaints using “contact us” provision in their app and website, but there has been no response. And now if I call their number, I am told my mobile number is not registered with them and there are no bookings made on my number.
