Text of Complaint by Ashish Kumar Mandloi:

I have ordered few items from zepto on 11/06/2023 at 11:46 am but order cancelled after making a payment, as per their message “your payment was not completed, Any amout if debited will get refunded within 3-5 day. I have waited few more days but not received refund from zepto, I have called customer care and inform them, they have taken complaint and said will take 24 hrs, again I have waited for 5 to 6 working days but the same story. again I called them and given all the details waisted 30 mins with them they said, amount not yet refunded back, so they created a complaint against my cancelled order and provided a ticket no. F6CX2XE22GCHLJ but till today no refund initiated, again I contacted with zepto customer care on 21/07/2023 at 8:30 am, they have checked and said the same timeline wait for 24hrs, this time you will receive your amount. Finally decided to raise a complaint on consumer complaint court.
