Hi team,

on August,27 2019 I booked a package for Thailand for approx amount of Rs.86000,00 in that I have to pay initial advance of Rs.22,135.01 by my SBI Credit card but unfortunately because of network error the transaction was not been successful at that time.so I spoke with Yatra.com that the payment made by me is received or not & that time they said no sir we have not received the payment if we received we will refund it to you in nex 5-7 days, so I paid again the total amount of package in next 9 installments of Rs.10,000/- for safety reasons.

now after I received the bank statement i found that my payment of Rs.22135.01 was credit to Yatra.com, then I again take follow up for my refund with Yatra.com each day I mailed & called for my refund.but,still Iam chasing with them as they said We already refund your payment but they never provide me the refund  transaction details of Rs.22135.01 also I received my second bank statement in that too the refund amount from yatra.com not showing.

I request you to consumer court that please look into this matter as they really harassed me a lot by financially & by mentally too.
