Text of Complaint by Nayan:

I had purchased a Vodafone prepaid sim (Order ID – DCHD08062057946) on 8th June and due to some reasons i had to cancel it.

I had raised a cancellation request on 10th June and it was been cancelled the same day and the execute who cancelled the order informed me that the refund amount will be received within 24 hours.

After waiting for almost 2 days i called on the helpline number 8141018180 and some other executive informed me that as per our policy you will have to wait for 7 working days from the date of cancellation (sim cancellation date – 10th June 2020).

Even today i called and the executives were repeating the same script that you will have to wait for the refund to be processed.

It’s 26th June today, until now i haven’t received any refund nor a cancellation mail or message from your side.

Why is it so that when i purchased the Vodafone prepaid sim i received proper message on my phone number from which i had made this order, but when i cancelled the order there was no message or mail regarding the cancellation of the sim? (Photo of the received message is attached for reference)

I took many follow-ups but there was no response from Vodafone.

Is this the service you are providing your customers?

The service has been very pathetic.
