I’ve booked the flight ticket on 22-09-2021 in travolook.in website from BLR-RPR for 1 Passenger name Madhu Mallikarjuna with reference number REF234312510. The amount was deducted and the ticket was not issued later got an email stating that ticket booking is cancelled and the refund will be initiated in 10-12 working days. I’ve contacted by email and customer care number many times but till date the amount is not credited back to my account. Please help me regarding this matter.
