I have booked tickets from travel look portal with the said PNR JWU9SA and ZW2H5D.
The booking date was 6th & 7th oct 2021 the cacenllation was done on 12th oct 2021 and as per the confirmation received from the Airline (InterGlobe Aviation Limited (“IndiGo”)) they have refunded the amount to the virtual ID of the travel agency on 13th of Oct 2021.
Even after making the constant follow up with the agency they are not giving a satisfactory respond infact on the contrary they are giving the same answers that we have not received amount from the airlines yet which totally contradictory from what the airlines has confirmed.
it is almost two months i have been following up with them and still have not received my refund .
request you to kindly help with the same.
