I had placed an order using Snapmint EMI (Order ID: 44985327, amount ₹892, merchant: NNNOW). The order was cancelled on 09/12/2025 and in the Snapmint app the order status is showing as “Refunded”. They informed me that a refund of ₹892 has been processed to my original payment method on 09/12/2025 with ARN/UTR 199526417915.My payment mode was Kotak 811 UPI / bank account. Till today, no refund has been credited to my account. I contacted Kotak Mahindra Bank customer care multiple times and shared the ARN/UTR number. The bank has clearly confirmed that no amount has been received or credited to my account against ARN/UTR 199526417915.I have emailed Snapmint support several times and also received replies from them, but they keep saying that the refund is done and are asking for more time. Even after several days, the money has not reached my account, while my bank repeatedly says they have not received this transaction.This is causing financial loss and mental harassment as my refund is stuck between Snapmint and the payment gateway/bank, with no proper resolution
