Text of Complaint by Vaishali Kharpuse:

I booked an e+train ticket on 3 April using mode of payment as slice but the transaction got cancelled and i failed to receive the money, i waited like three month talking to customer service but they gave no satisfactory reply. The amount is not credited in my account.
