Hi I have ordered a 2 pair of shoes and when i received it it was totally different and I had to return the order so I called on the customer care number they inforned me to return it back hence i returned it and they also told me that within 7 to 14 days i will get my refund on my bank account no so i provided them my account no since March 2020 i am still waiting for the refund which is not done yet and I teied the customer care no which is not working yet.
Please help
