Dear Sir/Mam,
I would like to request you that please help me get my refund amount of 799/-. I’ve purchased 1 product named Ikall K71-RedDB feature phone, order no. 6365727572 which I had purchased from Paytm Mall and paid cash on delivery but item was not good so I’ve decided to return the product. So, I’ve initiated return of the product. After return of the product, one executive came and picked the item for return. After that I saw on the app that “Your item would be dispatched after receiving the returned product and your order no. is 6405193854”. After that I’ve called customer care of Paytm Mall on 01204606060 and asked that “I want to return the product and don’t want any replacement then why it is showing like this? So, please let me know that how to return the product and get my money back. Then they guided me to deny receiving the product at the time of 2nd time delivery then your item will be cancelled and we’ll call you to get information about your bank account in which we’ll refund the amount and it will take approximately 14 days to get the amount credited in your bank. So, I’ve followed the same procedure as guided by the Paytm customer care executive. Today 23 days have passed but till yet neither they are responding my call nor calling me back.
