Hello Team,
I had booked a flight ticket from Bhubaneshwar to Delhi on 3rd may 2019 from Paytm for Vistara Airlines. Due to bad weather conditions the flight got cancelled for 4th of May. I had received a message from airlines regarding the cancellation. I had called airlines and came to know that since I had booked ticket from Paytm so Paytm would be responsible to refund the amount. Immidiately I had called Paytm and reported the issue. I am following up with paytm since last 14 days. I have not yet received refund from Paytm.
