On March 18, 2023 I booked an ola auto ride from Santacruz to SL raheja Hospital Mahim.
Ride got booked and the auto arrived at pick up point.
Driver accepted the ride and after riding 200 mtr distance he asked to cancel the ride as the autos are not allowed in Mahim, Mumbai.
He abruptly canceled the ride and ola charged rs. 58 just for 200 Mtr distance.
On communicating with Ola Support, I was asked to pay Rs. 58 to the driver and the same was about to be refunded to my bank account.
As directed by Ola, I paid Rs. 58 using google pay.
Later, I received an email from Ola regarding processing of refund. As promised by Ola, I was supposed to receive the refund within 10 business days. Its been more than 20 days now, I still haven’t received any refund.
I have filed second complaint to Ola on April 05, no refund received still.
Kindly take a serious action against these fraudsters.
