I placed an order for two items on 17th January 2022: 1 dress (Order ID: NYK-4417432-6782889, Order Amount: Rs. 4122) and earrings (Order ID: NYK-4417519-1111447, Order Amount: Rs. 800). I returned them and the team of Nykaa Fashion said they initiated the refund on 25th January 2022. But it never reflected in my account. I contacted them multiple times and they asked me to go check with my bank, file a charge back dispute. I did all what they asked for and my bank confirmed no amount has been refunded. Nykaa has been fooling its customers for a long time now. I have around Rs. 5000 pending with Nykaa since 17th January 2022.
