I ordered a hand blender from Jiomart on 31st January and raised a return request the same day after finding the product faulty. After multiple follow ups the product was picked up on 18th February. It has been almost 2 months. I have written over 30 emails and have called customer care helpline around 10 times. I am always asked to wait for 48 hours for the issue to get resolved. I have not received a single call from Jiomart, nor have I received any refund.
