I ordered clothes from Jiomart (order id: 16312709210065407A) on 10th September which got cancelled on 11th due to technical issues from Jiomart for which I received only partial refund.
I raised multiple tickets via app/customer care but so far no resolution, all the tickets get closed the next day without any details/explanation.
I called customer care about the issue multiple times and they keep on telling that refund pending from store end and we are not able to connect store official so we can not help.
