I am Surya Pratap Singh. I have not received refund for jio gigafiber. Their representative picked up the router from us on 13 august 2021 and informed that amount will be credited to us in 10-14 days. Till now 17 September 2021 refund has not been made. no one responds at their customer care number, making impossible for us to contact them back to know the status.
