Hi Team,
I had done a booking from Kolkata to Mumbai for 1st Aug 2020.
PNR: JR858
Date of Journey: 01/08/2020
Flight: Air India AI 676
Booking ID: FF2007307715093
The flight was cancelled by Air India due to Covid19 restrictions. Upon follow up since 4 months, there has not been a serious response from Flipkart and i have been asking for the refund, but there is no reply from them.
Request you to take this further and get the issue resolved.
