I was order a mobile oppo f19 pro plus 5g from Flipkart shopping app total amount of Rs.18019 date and time 01:40 PM, 26 Sep 2022 my order is successfully placed payment via Flipkart gift voucher+ debit card Flipkart voucher amount of Rs.15000 + debit card amount of Rs.3019 total Rs.18019 but my product is canceled by the seller end canceled date 26 September,2022 2:50 PM and I have received only Flipkart amount Rs.10000 + debit card amount Rs.3019 but Rs.5000 gift voucher is not received I tried to call Flipkart supporters they told me your amount is refunded to original payment method they are asking for give me screenshots of this errors then I send they told me wait till tomorrow wait tomorrow wait please help me
