I ordered a Laptop worth rs29790 on 1dec2020 with my Debit card and cancelled the order on 3rd December 2020 .after that It was Showing “refund Initiated and Will be Available in your account by 11december 2020 “. But till now I haven’t received any money in my account and Flipkart is saying That They have refunded my money .If they had Refunded then it must be Reflected in my Account till now.. But they are Giving Excuses and Told me to wait till 19dec20 . please help me to get my refund As this is very huge amount for me .My money is Stucked since many days order id OD120367798684310000 and the Flipkart was showing refund Initiated on 3rd Dec but till now 12dec i have not got the refund. FLIPKART IS not responding well .The refund amount is Rs29790.Plz help

I ordered Butterfly Mixer( OD224321842292960000 ) of Rs.2899 through UPI on 4th march it suppose to deliver by 5th march, they didn’t deliver so i called customer care on 6th, customer support lady told me cancel and reorder(which is of Rs.3049) then i will get it sooner, so i cancelled and reorder( OD224342475290225000 ) the same mixer.
Today is the 10th march. I haven’t received my refund yet for the order ( OD224321842292960000 ) which is Rs.2899.
The Customer support is not responding properly, they told me to hold the call and later they cut the call i called around 6 times 4 times customer support cut my call.
Everyday I’m calling customer support and everyone will say the same thing.
1st time customer support guy told it will take 24hr to process the refund it happened next day another guy told 3 business days, and its 6th day today, morning i called she told it will take 8 business days. I don’t understand what the hell these guys are saying.

Even i am facing the same issue. Flipkart is not giving my refund
I ordered two bean bags from Flipkart. For one n half month everytime delivery date was getting postponed for one week. After lots of efforts and calling customer support, reaching out to social media they cancelled my order. Same day at midnight 12 status changed to refund cancelled and order delivered. Customer support is useless, they will just call back and say seniors not available to talk to you and resolve your complaint. Neither i have received my bean bags nor the money is refunded. Never going to use Flipkart
