I have ordered shoe in Amazon site and got a wrong item delivered. I immediately raised a return request and Amazon picked it up on April 14 2024. After that I did not recieve any refund. So I contacted Amazon customer support team and they were so rude that they did not even escalate my concern on top of that they disconnected the call abruptly. So i reached Amazon on Twitter and even they are asking me to wait. As I contacted them multiple times inspite of their rude behaviour I got to know that they have updated in their portal that customer has returned a wrong product and they are investigating that. When I posed this question back to them how come a customer returns a wrong item when the delivery guy checks before picking up they simply asking me to wait. I really need help in this regard and also compensation for my agony. Pls help
