Hello Sir or Madam,
I have ordered a product from Amazon.
The quantity was selected was 2 but on 7th june 2021 i have received my order but when i opened the box there was only one quantity inside the box i paid the amount for 2 and received 1
Then i tried contacting amazon customer care chat and they took my compaint forwared to the concern team and informed me to contact on 13th june 2021. In between i received a call from customer care the lady i spoke to she informed me that i will receive my pending amount within 24hrs but i have not received that.
So today again i contacted to the customer care via chat and phone..
So rudly they informed me that Investigation has been completed. Based on the report and results we cannot give you any concession on this order
For the same reason investigation was raised on 7th June and we got an update as 2 quantities are present in the shipment box when it was delivered to you
But i have not received my 2 quantity nor my amount… So inshort i loss my amount with no resolution
So i would request you to please look into this matter.
