Dear Sir/Ma’am,
This is to inform you that I have purchased a Deyann Elasticated waistband Ethnic dhoti from Ajio but received a Pyajama without MRP tag So, I put it in return. Executive came and said MRP tag is not available and he denies to accept this and I raise complain and after 7 days problem resolve and my refund initiated by 28 September 2021. Today is 5th november almost 40 days passed but still refund pending.
customer care team is irresponsible and trying to manipulate me again and again they are give me next 48 hours for resolving problem from last 40 days
Very bad experience with Ajio and if same problem continue I will never purchase any product again.
