Origin – Delhi
Destination – Bhopal
Air india flight 435 L from New Delhi to Bhopal (timing 0555 – 0720 , dated – 29/3/2021) was cancelled and my booking was changed to flight 437 L from New Delhi to Bhopal ( 2000 – 2120 , dated – 29/3/2021). Due to change of timings I asked Air India staff at their counter for help . He told me that only thing that he can do was cancel the flight and I would receive full refund for the ticket . I have not received any refund from Air India for the cancellation of my ticket . I have tried contacting Air India costumer service many times, but my issue has not been resolved .
