This E-mail is regarding the complaint with ID: COM00026915481.

We tried reaching you on 7349461487 but were unsuccessful.

We wanted to get in touch with you to let you know about the complain ID: COM00026915481. As per the updates we have received we have successfully refunded the amount Rs. 551.31 against the return ID: RT49745928. Refund got initiated from our end on 1st November 2021 against the reference number 130519247565. The account holder name “MADDULA SAI KUMAR” and the IFSC code is ICIC0001075. Kindly check once about the same.

If in case you have not received amount still, kindly share the bank statement from the day return initiated to till the date in PDF format. Once we receive will re- investigate the same.

I have returned a product and not received a refund of 551rupees since a month and half and these people have refunded my amount to someone else’s bank account…. I want this issue to be resolved at the earliest otherwise I will be filing a consumer dispute case against AJIO company………
