Text of Complaint by Dipak:

I recharged from my Vodafone app for 599 on 24 May 2020 and it was unsuccessful Recharge. I raised complaint (complaint number 2607942638) at Vodafone customer care on 27 May 2020. they’ve closed this request and saying, I will get refund in 7 days. After 12 days I called at Vodafone customer care as still I have not received any refund, now they are saying they are don’t see any transactions for any kind of recharge and asked me to visit local Vodafone store in covid-19 period, pathetic way to talk with customer and big lairs. I need support to get my refund.
