Refund not received for the item cancelled by Amazon. It has been 35 days, each and every day I have to speak to new person an explain everything, he/she quits the chat if they cant help me. Again I have to reach out to another person. This has been very irritating and waste of time and energy for me. I would like to complaint on Amazon for providing such a lame service to Prime customers.
