1. I purchased 2 packets of Surf Excel(6 Kg each) costing 999/- each i.e 1998/- total
2. Only one packet received with torn out surf inside and in wet condition. Same was returned after 7 requests to customer care and got refund after repeated requests.
3. No refund received for other packet which was never delivered.Instead Flipkart blocked my ID. Till now 14 requests made to customer care but no solution.
