•           I purchased a product on Amazon on 02-12-2020 order id 404-9429954-1321148, got it delivered by 7th of December and returned the product in as original condition on 11th December and a scheduled pick-up was also done on 12th December.
   As I expected and assured to me, I was waiting for the refund for 7 working days but I didn’t received the refund yet, in response I called Amazon customer support multiple times but I was only optioned to wait for next 3 or 7 working days every time I call.
           And now I got to know that my refund amount of 29696 is stuck in amazon account and I have to wait for more time, I have never faced this kind of issue with amazon ever.
