Stay away from MMT. Refund not yet received for booking ID: Booking id: NH7419755988464 for an amt of Rs.16,452/-since 25/11/2020.Several calls to them have yielded no results..All i get is a typical answer from their CSR’s is that we will look into the matter and should be resolved within 24-48 hrs..In addition this i had requested all these representatives that if there is an issue regarding the credit of the refund back to make credit card account then please credit this amount back to ky MakeMyTrip wallet, which is the easiest thing to do but of no avail.I being a very old customer of MakeMyTrip,am shocked at the callous attitude and shameless attitude of MakeMyTrip towards its old customer.
