Text of Complaint by Prem Shah:

I have canceled my booking on September 26 it’s been nearly 20 days and I haven’t received the refund yet. I have contacted on the customer care number too but haven’t received it.

They said the maximum days I have to wait would be 14 days, but it’s nearly 20 days today. Tried calling the customer service many times, but they keep me on hold while doing something at their end that too for too long and still till this date I haven’t received the amount.

There were 2 transactions for Rs 4495(total 8990) :-

I sent on a expired link on paytm and other on the correct one ; the booking person from oyo side told me that it would take some time to get my refund.

I received Rs4495 but till Rs 4495 is left.
