I made a credit card payment through cred app for Rs.15,536.97/- and the payment received by cred was not transferred to my credit card bill. Cred said they initiated refund and it takes 7 working days of bank to reflect the amount in my account .cred says the refund process completed by 02.10.2022. it’s been 10 days already and no refund has been received.cred is not responding to mails
