Hi I have placed car accessory order (mgp grille and mgp sunvisor ) in gomechanic and paid online for this order on 14 dec 2022, as per the timeline they were supposed to deliver me on 20 dec 2022, but until 13 Jan 2023 today they have not delivered and cancelled it, I called up their customer care many times and they say they will revert back in 5-7 days but I didnt received my refund yet nor the product. I am totally fedup with their customer service. Pls help me out. I have enclosed order history screen shot for reference.
