Ajio team has created a return for these orders all by themselves stating that the delivery was unsuccessful, however, no delivery was undertaken.
While I have followed up with the team a number of times now for the refund amount, the only resolution the team gives is that it will get credited in the next two days.
It’s been more than 30 days now that I have been following up with your team, however, I haven’t received any concrete solution or refund for my orders. According to your policies, the timeline for a refund is 5-7 working days.
Being one of the leading eCommerce platforms, this is really not appreciated and accepted. This is one of the worst customer experiences I have had with Ajio.
Please let me know by when I will be able to get the refund amount for my orders.
