Dear Sir/Madam,

I have order a product Mi X Pro 108 cm (43 inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart Google TV with Dolby Vision IQ and 30W Dolby Atmos with order ID OD328044497183160100 for Rs 30,999/- on 09th May 2023, however cancelled on same date and till date I am chasing to get my refund of Rs 30,999/- but flipkart is only taking time as 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours but not returning my money.

It has more than one month passed and the bank has charged penaly on my credit card for not paying Rs 30,999/- timely.

I request you to please help me to get my refund as I have already sent email to CS Head and Grievance officer email id also but failed to get my refund of Rs 30,999/-.
