Dear Sir,
I have ordered a mobile phone Redmi Note 7 Pro on e-commerce company flipkart as on 30.09.2019 for Rs.11219 which i paid online Rs.7019 through Axis Bank Visa debit card and balance with exchange value of my old mobile. The said order was cancelled by flipkart itself as on 05.10.2019 and against this order i have received mail and message from flipkart regarding refund, they mentioned 8.10.2019 refund date but i have not received the refund.I made call to flipkart as on 08.10.2019 regarding refund and they gave me new date of refund is 17.10.2019 but i have not received refund by 17.10.2019. i made call him again they gave me now new date of refund i.e. 22.10.2019.
Kindly help me regarding refund.
