Text of Complaint by Sabarinath:

I am very frustrated with the way airtel is treating me, I have been using airtel for the last 15 years and paying more than 3k monthly from my family.
I have request the connection 12-Apr-2021 from the executive +91 6369 414 311 , I asked him to check the feasibility check , he said it is available but the actual connection was given a week later 18-April-2021 evening by the executive name called Gokul Raj contact number +91 80726065096.During the installation the promised speed was not the he has mentioned that he has created TT internally and promised me that it will be fixed in 24 hours.
The connection was working till 19-Apr-2021 morning which is nothing but 12 hours. suddenly it stopped working. I called the field executive who gave me the connection earlier day. he has mentioned that he will come and fix it, the whole day 19 he didn’t come and next day itself he wasn’t picking up the call , so I called the airtel customer care and gave a complaint that the connection wasn’t working.
Then no response from airtel as a ritual i called daily and spoke to the customer care , as a ritual they promised it will be fixed in 24 hours more than 7 day no response a lot of calls came but none of the field executives visited the place. so I decided to surrender then I created the surrender request.

Connection Closing request id : 130326288 , the modem was collected by Kulathairaj +91-9384357901and service request is closed but I didn’t get the refund. I was promised that I will get a refund in 2 days.
Please update the status as early as possible I need whole deposit amount without deduction,  because connection was not working in the promised speed from day1 & day2 it self it is not working (i.e within 12 hours ) please check the backend logs to confirm my complaint, Still I maintain a relationship with airtel in other products like postpaid connection to myself and family , the way I was getting treated was unacceptable i expect proper resolution for this ,else I will close all my relationship with airtel including my family.
@Note: The above situation happened before Lockdown and no Covid restrictions in Chennai during the time period discussed , so If any excuses in the name of Covid won’t be acceptable.
