Text of Complaint by Vrunda V K:

I ordered Nike shoes on 24 th March 2023 on AJIO and returned the product on 29th March. It’s been 3 months and the money has been not credited to my bank account. I have contacted the ajio customer service multiple times but it was of no help. I contacted my bank and they say that the refund amount has not reached the bank. The money is stuck with Ajio and even after multiple attempts reaching out to the customer service it’s been useless. Please help me get my money back. Thank you.
