Hi,
I have order a cradle on amazon on 10th June. After receiving it I have raised return request. The pick up person said parcel is big I will come in 1 hr. After that he did not came. Later I have called customer care and arrange pick up. But every time it got canceled. On 2 July(sat) pickup request, customer care gave me pick up person contact number. He said he will come on tomorrow morning. On 3rd he picked up the parcel around 9.30 am. But I didn’t get any refund still. When I call amazon customer care they said we didn’t received product, we can not refund amount. Please help me to get my refund.
