Hi,
Amezon delivery person gave me a QRcode/scan, I scanned & did pay 603 rupees using PhonePe, my payment was successful to some “Karthikey potato corner”, I understood it belongs to seller account, but it didn’t reflect in Amezon payment site, delivery & order got cancelled. Delivery person contact number is 806 191 4444.
My bank & PhonePe both say amount paid into recipient account successfully. They can not revert it.
Now Amezon says they didn’t receive money so go & contact your bank for refund, we can only provide confirmation that we didn’t receive money.
Is this a planned cheating from Amezon?
