I have made an order of amount Rs. 272.75 from jiomart on 18th February 2022. After some moment I cancelled the order and my jiomart wallet was credited by Rs 55.0 which was deducted for the order. But my payment of Rs. 216 is not credited back to my bank a/c from which it was debited. After contacting their customer executive, they just said that refund has been initiated from their side and provide me a reference number for that. Everytime they told the same. But till now I have not received my refund.My order no is- 16451787750135774A.
