I have placed an order for Mi TV 80 inches on 29th September and due to some unavoidable circumstances I have cancelled the order on 30th of September. I thought that I will receive the refund within a week. But after two weeks also I haven’t received the refund. I have contacted the Customer Support team for the same atleast 15 times regarding the same but it is of no use to me. They are asking the same query about the bank account details for crediting the refund amount. I have given the details four times already and they are marking the issue as resolved without refunding the amount now I again opened my issue & again they have asked for the same account details. Now I have lost my hope that my issue will be resolved. I am feeling terrible to place the order at Flipkart with my hard-earned money and disappointing that I have used such an useless e-commerce platform which doesn’t understand the customers pain
