I booked an international flight via MakeMyTrip 3 months back from Mumbai to London. I couldn’t board the flight as I was missing few documents so they rejected my boarding. In such cases they should refund as MMT for several days said they can’t connect with the airlines which was a lie. They said they can reschedule but then lied about the availability of flights. All in all it has been a harassing situation as the support is just delaying and lying.
