A cycle was purchased from amazon on 19th July which had an issue and replacement was order. Cycle was picked by amazon person on 20th July and 21st July it was informed that the product has been received and amount will be refunded in 3 to 4 working days. After one month of follow up for refund , I just get TT numbers and everytime I am asked to contact after 4 working days. No refund amount received.
