This is regarding with my orders from Realme.com.As i have ordered two same Products i.e,Realme C20 2GB and 32.I ordered these two products on 19 May 2021 as i paid amount online ,afterthat they haven’t shipped the products and on 02 June 2021 i cancelled these two orders.Till now they have not refunded my money which i had paid for these orders.I contacted with realme via Phone Call ,Chat and Email too many times but still not received received refund yet,and not received response from realme.
So i request u to kindly help me in this matter, so that i can get money back from realme.
