I placed an order on January 30th, 2021 from Bata (Black Sandals for men, Rs. 2099/-), as the size of the sandals were larger, I returned it back. I need my refund for the aforementioned order of Order ID:12755800 and Sub-order ID: 50968288 of Rs. 2099/-. AWB number of the sandals were returned is 211317508922. I got a refund link two weeks ago still the money is not credited to my account.
