I made one purchase from flipkart on 31 October      OD120102862074369000 of Adidas Erish M running shoes but before receiving the same I cancelled my order as when I made a order I paid the amount of Rs. 2359 thru UPI , the order was cancelled by me on 3November 2020 but till the refund is not credited in my account  and all the customer care executive are telling the learned line that it is already credited and as they behaved it is worst . I also share my a/c statement with flipkart but still the response not rcvd they shared me the transaction no. which is not correct I am requesting to share the transaction receipt if the transaction done` so , but team is not responding .
