This is with regards to my order ID 1313279435 which I had ordered from the Lenskart Store. To my dissatisfaction I had returned both the products reading glasses on the 4th July 2025. The team said my refund would be processed and credited immediately. But it’s 10 days today and I have not received my refund yet. It’s a huge amount of approx Rs. 7500/- and I have been waiting for my refund since then. I am highly disappointed with the customer service and accounts team for being so negligent and careless to process the refund quicker. The customer care team is not even ready to share the UTR no for tracking. Please help me in this matter to get my refund credited.
